Phase 1: Initial Consultation & Planning

    Our designer will create a preliminary layout and concept based on your consultation. We'll present the design option(s) that maximize your space while incorporating your aesthetic preferences. This includes selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with your budget and lifestyle.

  • Step 3: Detailed Proposal & Contract

    We provide a comprehensive written proposal outlining the complete scope of work, material specifications, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve the proposal, we'll finalize the contract with clear terms, payment schedule, and project milestones.

Phase 2: Pre-Construction Preparation

  • Step 4: Permits & Approvals

    We handle all necessary building permits and ensure compliance with local codes. Our team coordinates with municipal offices and schedules required inspections throughout the project should it be required.

  • Step 5: Final Design Selections

    Together, we finalize all material selections including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, fixures, and paint colors. We'll visit showrooms as needed and provide samples for your review in your home's lighting.

  • Step 6: Material Ordering & Scheduling

    We order all materials and coordinate delivery schedules. Custom items like cabinetry are ordered first due to longer lead times. We also schedule our skilled trade partners including plumbers, electricians, and specialty installers.

Phase 3: Construction

  • Step 7: Project Kickoff & Protection

    Before demolition begins, we protect your home with dust barriers and/or commercial hepafilter, floor coverings, and establish a clean workspace.

  • Step 8: Demolition & Structural Work

    We carefully remove existing fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring while preserving areas not included in the renovation. Any necessary structural modifications, such as wall removal or beam installation, are completed during this phase under the direction of a licensed engineer.

  • Step 9: Rough-In Work

    We carefully prepare your home for new plumbing and electrical systems according to the approved plans. This includes relocating pipes, adding new circuits, and updating systems to meet current safety standards — all designed to ensure your space works seamlessly for your needs.

  • Step 10: Drywall & Painting

    We install and finish drywall, prime all surfaces, and apply your selected paint colors. Speical attention in given to moisture-resistant materials in bathroom applications.

  • Step 11: Flooring Installation

    Professional flooring installation begins with proper subfloor preparation. Whether installing tile or other materials, we ensure seamless transitions and a flawless finished surface.

  • Step 12: Cabinet & Countertop Installation

    Custom cabinetry is carefully installed and adjusted for perfect alignment. Countertops are templated, fabricated, and installed with precision cuts for sinks and fixtures.

Phase 4: Finishing Touches

  • Step 13: Fixtures & Appliance Installation

    We install plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and hardware. Each item is tested to ensure proper operation and adjusted as needed for optimal perfomance.

  • Step 14: Tile & Backsplash Work

    Detailed tile work is completed including shower surrounds, backsplashes, and accent areas. We use proper waterproofing techniques and pemium grouts for long-lasting results.

  • Step 15: Final Details & Touch-Ups

    We complete all trim work, caulking, and final paint touch-ups. Attention to detail during this phase ensures a professional finished apprearance.

Phase 5: Project Completion

  • Step 16: Quality Inspection

    We conduct a thorough quality inspection, checking all systems, finishes, and details against our quality standards and your approved specifications.

  • Step 17: Client Walk-Through

    We schedule a walk-through with you to review the completed work. We'll explain the operation of new fixtures and appliances (if needed), and address any final adjustments needed.

  • Step 18: Final Cleanup & Handover

    A detailed cleanup of your renovated space is completed, and all warranty information, care instructions for new materials, and contact details for ongoing support are provided for your convenience.
